What does the estimate include?
The estimate includes rent for the first 12 guests, additional guest rent if your group is larger, the cleaning fee, and the 9% State of Maine Lodging Tax. A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required separately. Dog-related fees are confirmed during inquiry.
